Kim Barnes

Kim has been involved in real estate sales since 1997. She obtained her Broker's license in 2002 and is an integral part of Patrick's team. Kim not only works with buyers and sellers, but handles several of the details of the day to day operation as well. Kim takes pride in personally viewing and photographing each of Patrick's listings. Her vast knowledge of sellers' homes makes Kim a big asset to the team. She specializes in the internet and MLS marketing of Patrick's listings. Kim also assists Vickie with the many important duties in running a finely tuned office. Her high energy and positive attitude is contagious in the office.
